Choose your holiday:
Have a thorough look at our web site to choose your activities. 1. Contact us to check for availability in the period you have choosen. We will email you back and confirm availability and answer any questions you may have. 2. Make your reservation by simply complete the Booking Form, state that you accept the terms and conditions and send the Booking Form.You need to complete a booking form for every rider. 3. We will then confirm the availability of your booking and send you an invoice. 4. Once we have received the deposit 50% of the invoice amount, we will send a receipt and a final confirmation of your booking. 5. If the booking is cancelled 2 weeks or more before the vacation starts, we will refund 50% of the deposit.
Payment options:
We accept Paypal and the credit cards via Paypal or banktransfer to our Spanish business account. If you prefer Paypal you will receive an invoice from us with a link to pay. Following the Organic Law 15/1999, of the Protection of Information of a
Personal Nature, we inform you that any personal information you give us will
be included in an automated database of information of a personal nature,
created and maintained under Los Caballos del Mosquin’s responsibility.
Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company for any other reason whatsoever. The information will only be used by us for delivering the goods or services ordered by you.

Health
If you have any health problems (allergy, diabetes etc) that needs to be taken into consideration when planning your holiday, please let us know.
Please note that your own assessment of your party’s riding abilities is just to give us an initial guide. We will assess the ability of all riders upon arrival at Los Caballos del Mosquin to ensure the correct horse is allocated.
Insurance
Los Caballos del Mosquin has insurance cover for horse and rider. Nevertheless we recommendthat you have your own accident insurance to cover minor injuries as well as your own healthinsurance. Please confirm with your Travel Insurance provider that your policy covers you forall the activities you will undertake during your stay with us.
Safety Equipment
Everybody will be expected to wear a hard riding hat (provided). You will need to provide your own additional safety equipment (e.g. body protectors), if required. Los Caballos del Mosquin has no obligation to ensure that you wear a hard riding hat when riding either within the school or when out trekking. Hard hats er available for your use and it is recommended that you wear one at all times when horse riding. If you choose not to wear a riding hat, then you do so at your own risk and this releases Los Caballos del Mosquin from its insurance obligations in this matter. Under 18 years must wear a hard riding hat.
Weight Restrictions
At this moment, we have a weight restriction of 85kg for a fully equipped rider.
Deposit
We will require a deposit of 50% when your booking is confirmed. Cancellations: If the booking is cancelled 2 weeks or or more before the vacation dates, 50% of the deposit will be refunded
